6oz Outer, no fill, fur lining

This rug is ideal for new foals (under 6 months of age) of all breeds and sizes

Design: Carefully shaped around the hindquarters to prevent slipping. Lightweight and secure side-release fittings on all straps mean that the rug can be fitted and removed quickly and easily. These rugs are designed to overlap at the front and can be let out as the foal grows

Fastenings: Single adjustable front strap, cross surcingles and a fillet string

Outer Fabric: Lightweight waterproof nylon

Lining: Fleece fur with anti-rub nylon shoulder lining

Colour: Black with royal blue straps

Sizes: 2’0” - 4’0”

These foal rugs are the best I’ve ever used. The side release clips are excellent for closing and opening one handed or where speed is essential. They fit beautifully around the neck . They have never slipped to one side and the shaped hind quarters are excellent.
I have five, of different sizes, and have used them for years on many different foals and they are still going strong with no rips or tears as the material is very resilient.
A quick wash in Nikwax rug wash and then re proofed in Nikwax wash in and they are good to go.
Can’t praise them enough. Plus they are very economical priced.
